Tariff
The tariff is on a ‘Room Only’ basis – i.e. we are unable to provide breakfast but would encourage guests to visit some of the local cafes and restaurants. Our prices are designed to take that into account.

We also have a large bright living room available for guests to use with TV, books, games, jigsaws etc.

A minimum two night stay is preferred.

Discounts can be given for stays of 3 or more nights.

Occasionally we may be able to accept a one night stay – please contact us to enquire.

Payment
Payment needs to be made in full, via BACS, prior to a stay but we do not require a deposit as such.

Terms and Conditions

Access: We try to be very flexible with regards to check in and check out times. These largely depend on other bookings – as a minimum guide, check in is available after 2pm and check out by 10am but please feel free to contact us and enquire further.

Pets: Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets of any kind.

Smoking and vaping is not permitted in or anywhere on the property. Thank you.
